For Untitled (after Felix Gonzalez-Torres) I had two circles cut from the gallery window. The holes were each 15cm wide and cut as close together as possible. The two circular pieces of window that were removed from the rest of the pane were kept and displayed in the exhibition space. I had wanted to make a work that, both through motif and spirit, made tribute to Gonzalez-Torres. My intention was to make the border between the inside of the gallery and the outside both permeable and vulnerable.
